About Taylor Educational Consulting

I’m Sam Taylor, founder of Taylor Educational Consultancy, and a specialist in qualification and assessment design with over 30 years of senior leadership experience in the education and skills sector. Over my career I have been a Teacher, Author, Responsible Officer, Chief Examiner, and Director of Assessment, working across awarding organisations, professional bodies, training providers, and publishers.

Many of my clients have chosen to work with me for years, reflecting the trust and lasting partnerships I build.

As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors (FCIEA) and a Member of the Society of Authors, this reflects both my professional standing in assessment and my commitment to clear, high-quality writing and communication.
