Our fees options are:

• A cost effective day rate
• A completed project rate
• A monthly specialist support retainer
• A longer term interim leadership rate

Dependent on your requirements:

• Provision of long-term interim leadership in roles such as Responsible Officer, Head of Quality, or Director of Assessment.
• Delivery of medium-term projects, embedding qualification reform, apprenticeship assessment expertise, or compliance frameworks with a clear handover plan.
• Support for short-term priorities, such as urgent audits, policy development, or expert assessment design.
• Step in on an ad hoc basis, for one-off assignments like external health checks, governance or procedural reviews, or standardisation workshops.
